As we reflect on another remarkable year at Laramie County Community College, I am filled with pride and gratitude for the progress we鈥檝e made 鈥� despite the challenges that continue to shape the educational landscape. These are uncertain times, but if there鈥檚 one thing our history has shown, it鈥檚 that 猫咪社区APP is resilient.
At Laramie County Community College, the Commercial Driver鈥檚 License (CDL) program is helping students hit the road toward stable, high-paying careers in the trucking industry. With a growing demand for professional drivers, with some employers paying more than $100,000 a year, 猫咪社区APP鈥檚 program provides hands-on training, expert instruction with the opportunity to earn a CDL in just four weeks.
College once felt out of reach for Amanda Sorrell - until financial aid brought it within grasp. Now a part-time market research worker and single mom, she鈥檚 enrolled at Laramie County Community College and building a future she thought might have passed her by.
Chris Allen likes to see ideas transform into reality. In the Concept Forge at Laramie County Community College, that鈥檚 exactly what he makes possible. The Concept Forge is an innovative makerspace in the college鈥檚 recently established Advanced Manufacturing and Material Center designed to facilitate creativity and learning in manufacturing in southeast Wyoming.
